Now we're almost a quarter of the way through '11, that light drizzle of new music seems to have finally turned into something a little more torrential; EPs, LPs and whatever else have begun to fall from the heavens left, right and center. One of these releases is Kompakt FM's own Coma (formerly Beachcoma) and their Famous EP. Dropping earlier this week, some might say this three track release is minimal, which I guess it is for the most part, 2/3 at least sounds like a combination between Gui Boratto and Moby (the vocals seal it), which is utterly palatable. It is however the second track we're nuts about - Fameless is the black sheep - a raw sounding, dancefloor ready 'banger' which just drives in a prog-house, yet melodic and fun Pional-esque way.

British up-comer Duffstep released his genre-breaking LP Getting To Sirius earlier this year, and now a few remix EPs have begun to filter out. Numero duo of three hit shelves less than a week ago, and Duff has pulled a few quality if not big time names to contribute. If anything check out this LP + corresponding EPs for the amazing cover artwork by artist collective Technicolour Moon. Welcome to the London underground.
