Feelin' Good

If the music getting released at the moment is anything to go by, then it's obvious that summer is in the air - in the Northern Hemisphere at least. One can't seem to escape being enticed by the mass of edits of feel good classics popping up constantly at the moment, and it seems even the deepest and darkest of them all are cashing in on the euphoria. Below is a remix of a 1965 jazz track we all know well, by a Canadian guy living in Berlin called Hrdvsion whose sound, from what I've heard, tends to verge on the darker side of electronica. This is different though and you'll either love or hate it. Grit your teeth and give it your full 5 minutes so you can appreciate the impeccable quality of the layering - it's a worthy challenge, one of the most interesting old school edits/remixes I've heard in a while.

Ah Nina is ripe for remixing, Felix Da Housecat's remix of her Sinnerman from a few years ago now is also epic!

yeah they're both quality - stay so true to the original but so different all the same

Thanks for posting! Really impressed with the remixing skills for a classic that could have been ruined.
