That Which We Call A Rose

At some point in the recent past, five Leipzig friends got together and founded a label - they called it Rose Records. Their maiden and so far only pressing (vinyl only), dropped a couple of weeks ago and has been blowing my mind ever since. The three track EP contains contributions from 3/5's of the imprint, Luvless, M.ono and Martin Hayes.

Beyond the EP though, what's got me stumped is the wealth of ridiculously good material the aforementioned artists had put out previously (Session Victim just charted Luvless) yet they've all managed to stay off most radars - it's criminal. Unless it's like the Beatles and they were over before you'd even begun, seldom does one find an artist let alone three who've already got a back catalogue of amazing stuff. I really can't speak highly enough of the disco these guys are bringing - do your ears a favour and purchase this EP (Various One, Rose01) and track down whatever else you can find with any of those names on it.
