Red History

Kicking myself that I only just came across this now. Simply because it got dropped onto a MOS compilation when I was 18 and frequenting clubs that only ever dropped MOS compilations on the dancefloor, I'd always favoured Mark Knight & Funkagenda's version to the original and was skeptical when a friend suggested I check out to this version of Man With The Red Face. Post-listening I now just feel really ignorant for totally ignoring a 12 year old classic. This rare live version is an exciting, jazzed up and (in my opinion) improved interpretation that was released on Garneir's Retrospective  in 2006, which projects a really amazing vibe. Sorry to play catch up, but six years after the fact, this on is still undoubtedly a staple.
